An emphasis on quality and integrity of design will be the standard in Creekside Preserve. Comprised of comfortably-sized, yet affordable homes built of quality materials, Creekside Preserve's architectural controls include: Single story homes-1700 square feet minimum; Two-story homes-2,200 square feet minimum; Roof pitches of 9/12 minimum; Home exteriors must contain natural materials including hardiplank siding; Exterior walls of the home and attached garage must be constructed of brick, stone, wood or other high quality materials. Developer must approve all building plans, architectural details, house location and grades prior to construction.
Carefully designed two family condominium homes are planned around the west entrance to Creekside Preserve. While architecturally similar to each other and unifying, duplex buildings will feature a number of floor plans and building elevations to produce a range of carefully considered variations to basic unit plans. The duplexes will create visual interest and building diversity with different orientations of condominium entrances, sitting porches and garages.
A Homeowner's Association comprised of the lot owners in Creekside Preserve will be created to manage and maintain the entrances, common areas, outlots and private park landscape improvements. Homeowner's Association members are responsible for the payment of annual dues.
Creekside Preserve residents are served by Pewaukee Lake Elementary, early childhood - 3rd grade; Horizon Elementary, grades 4-6; Asa Clark Middle School, grades 7 & 8; and Pewaukee High School, grades 9-12. The City of Pewaukee School system provides bus service for children in all public schools.
